2. Who we are and how to contact us
The Website is operated by Truevo Payments Limited (”We” or “Truevo”). We are registered in Malta under company number C62721 and have our registered office at The Watercourse 3rd Floor, Triq L-Imdina, Zone 2 Central Business District Birkirkara, CBD 2010, which is also where our main offices are situated.
As part of our group of companies, we also have Truevo Payments UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 12205180 and have our registered office at Office 109, 7 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5HD.
We are authorised and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority under the Financial Institutions Act and Payment Services Regulations 2017 respectively, for the provision of payment services.

3. Changes to these terms and conditions
We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. If you use the Website after we have published these changes, you will be agreeing to be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by the revised terms of use, you should not use the Website.

We may update the Website from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on the Website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it .

18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Maltese law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
19. Miscellaneous
These terms of use do not, and shall not be construed to, create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, agency or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and us.
If any provision of these terms of use is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these terms of use and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.
You may not assign, transfer or sublicense any or all of your rights or obligations under these terms of use without our express prior written consent. We may assign, transfer or sublicense any or all of our rights or obligations under these terms of use without restriction.
No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
